Comedian, writer, beard wearer and occasional mixer of herbal tea bags, Tiernan Douieb has been doing his ‘friendly sort’ of comedy all over the world since he started stand-up in 2003. Since then he’s supported comics such as Jim Jeffries and Russell Howard on tour, and once had to follow Robin Williams on stage. He has worked as a regular TV warm up on many shows, ran the world’s first ever Twitter Comedy Club and has had three successful Edinburgh solo shows. The last of these in 2011, ‘Tiernan Douieb vs The World’ gained great reviews due to its more political edge.
